Ryan began his mortgage career in 2002 and went on to found Leahy Lending in 2006, earning recognition as both a top-producing originator and respected industry leader. His drive to innovate and solve real-world challenges led to the creation of MORE Seller Financing—the first fully guided, turnkey platform designed to help real estate professionals implement seller-financing strategies safely and successfully. Since launching in 2023, MORE has grown rapidly, providing agents and clients with modern tools, hands-on education, and structured frameworks that make creative financing accessible, scalable, and compliant across a wide range of real estate situations.
Outside of his professional accomplishments, Ryan is a devoted husband and father who values time spent outdoors and with family. He enjoys fishing, golfing, and shooting sporting clays—activities that balance his fast-paced professional life with focus, quiet, and connection. As an Eagle Scout, he remains actively involved in the Scouting community and is dedicated to giving back, raising funds and creating opportunities for under-resourced families to participate in programs that foster character, confidence, and lifelong growth. His blend of family-centered leadership, integrity, and community focus continues to guide his mission to help people succeed through education, opportunity, and ethical real estate practices.

With more than 20 years of mortgage experience across retail, wholesale, and consumer-direct lending, Eric Bennett brings a rare, full-spectrum understanding of the mortgage and real estate landscape. He has worked extensively with FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, and Non-QM programs and has supported thousands of borrower scenarios throughout his career. In addition to originating loans, his background includes developing lending platforms, leading production teams, mentoring loan officers, and designing systems that help clients and real estate professionals navigate the lending process with clarity and confidence.
Eric is best known for helping agents, buyers, sellers, and investors unlock opportunities through creative financing—both inside and outside of traditional mortgage lending. He specializes in strategies that expand possibilities beyond the conventional box, including alternative pathways that solve problems typical mortgages can’t. Eric has a gift for making these concepts simple, compliant, and actionable, enabling people to structure win-win solutions whether they’re overcoming qualification challenges, competing in high-rate markets, or maximizing returns on a sale or investment.
Outside of work, Eric is a devoted husband and proud father of four who believes life is best lived with equal parts purpose and fun. He and his wife share a close partnership built on family, curiosity, and a mutual love of all things nerd culture—especially superheroes and Star Wars. They also enjoy exploring the world of fine bourbon together, a hobby that pairs well with good conversation and a good laugh. This grounded, upbeat foundation shapes Eric’s professional style: clear, approachable, and focused on helping people move forward with confidence and creativity.
Operations Manager
Lacey Misch entered the mortgage industry in 2020 and quickly built a reputation as an organized, dependable, and solutions-driven professional. She began her career as an executive assistant and advanced through roles as a Loan Officer Assistant and Processor before stepping into her current position as Operations Manager. Along the way, she also earned her Loan Officer license, giving her a deeper understanding of the lending process from both the production and operational perspectives.
Lacey’s passion lies in operations, where she thrives on building structure, improving efficiency, and keeping every file and workflow moving seamlessly from start to finish. With a professional background in hospitality, she pairs operational precision with outstanding customer service—communicating clearly, handling high-pressure situations with calm confidence, and creating a positive experience for everyone she works with. Lacey’s commitment to excellence and genuine care for clients makes her an invaluable resource to the team and a trusted guide throughout the mortgage process.
Outside of work, Lacey adores spending time with her dog Chance and is deeply connected to her friends and family. She loves staying busy on the weekends—whether she’s traveling, exploring new local places, or simply enjoying quality time with the people (and pup!) she loves most. This balance of dedication, curiosity, and personal warmth is reflected in everything she does, both professionally and personally.
